What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, Vestra Solutions accepts Cash, Checks, all major Credit Cards and payment through Zelle.

What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 48 hours in advance. If you fail to do this, you will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

No, you do not need to sign a contract. However, we do provide the options of short-term contract, month-to-month services, annual contract or longer term commercial cleaning requirements with discounted pricing to contracted services.

What do you not clean?

We will not clean human or pet feces, vomit, urine or blood due to sanitary reasons.

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

We offer you the choice of using your cleaning supplies or ours.
